Neutral Citation No. - 2025:AHC:113120 Court No. - 9 Case :- MATTERS UNDER ARTICLE 227 No. - 7012 of 2025 Petitioner :- Dhruv Narayan Respondent :- Ganesh Counsel for Petitioner :- Ashwani Kumar Pathak Hon'ble Manish Kumar Nigam,J.
1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the record.
2. This petition has been filed challenging the order dated 20.12.2024 by which the Court has permitted to get the admitted signatures of the defendant/respondent compared with the signatures made on the vakalatnama and various papers filed during the pendency of the suit on behalf of defendant/respondent which are being specifically denied by the defendant/respondent to be having signatures of defendant/respondent. Against this order, a revision has been filed by the plaintiff.
3. In my view, no illegality has been committed by the court below as it is the specific case of the defendant/respondent that his signatures are forged over the papers which has been filed during the pendency of the suit.
4. This petition lacks merit and is accordingly, dismissed. Order Date :- 15.7.2025 Ved Prakash (Manish Kumar Nigam,J.)
