Heard learned counsel for the respective parties. [2]
This present petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking the following reliefs:-
“a) Admit this Petition;
b) Issue notice upon the respondents.
c) Call for the records;
d. After hearing the parties please to direct the respondents and each of to count the past service of the petitioner which was rendered as a School Mother on a consolidated fixed pay w. e. f. from 15-11-1999 for providing pensionary benefits and also pass such other retiral benefits along with pensionary benefits and also pass such other order or orders as the Hon'ble court may deem fit and proper for the ends of justice.”
[3] It is seen from the record that the petitioner herein submitted a legal notice dated 07.02.2025 through his engaged counsel addressing to the respondents ventilating his grievances. Thereafter, in connection with the legal notice a reply letter dated 03.03.2025 has been issued by the Director,
Social Welfare & Social Education, Govt. of Tripura, Agartala. But, till date the petitioner got no positive response from the respondents.
[4] In view of the same, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, the present writ petition is disposed of directing the concerned respondents to consider the case of the petitioner in light of the legal notice dated 07.02.2025 and a subsequent reply letter dated 03.03.2025 within a period of 03(three) months from the date of receipt of the copy of this order in accordance with law.
With the above observation and direction, this present writ petition stands disposed of. As a sequel, miscellaneous application(s), pending if any, shall stand closed.
