Learned counsel for the petitioner has already filed the application seeking visitation rights. Accordingly, the concerned court is directed to get the matter expedited by deciding the application by giving the visitation rights to the petitioner no. 2 Smt. Munesh Rani. With the aforesaid direction, the Habeas Corpus Writ Petition is dismissed as not pressed.
