Case No. 215 of 2024 registered for the offence under Sections 363, 365, 370, 376-D, 355 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. 3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is accused of kidnapping the victim girl and committed rape with her. 4. The petitioner is in custody since 21.05.2025. 5.
