The petitioner has filed this application seeking bail on medical grounds in case arising out of FIR No. 100/2022 for offences under Sections 7/25 of Arms Act and Sections 18, 20, 23, 38 and 39 ULA(P) Act. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner was granted temporary medical bail in terms of order dated 15th April 2025 up to 29th April 2025 whereafter the petitioner surrendered before the concerned Jail. It has been submitted that the petitioner again moved application for extension of medical bail but the learned trial court has not considered the said application. Having regard to the fact that the petitioner has already approached the learned trial court seeking extension in temporary medical bail, it would not be appropriate for this Court to entertain the present bail application. 4. Accordingly, the present bail application is disposed of with a direction to the learned trial court to pass appropriate orders on the application filed by the petitioner for grant of temporary bail most expeditiously in accordance with law. 5.
