By way of this petition, the petitioner has challenged the order dated 30.11.2024 passed by the respondent Nos.2 and 3 whereby the petitioner was transferred from Morbi Taluka to East Kutch Gandhidham. However, at this juncture, learned advocate Mr. Prashant Chavda draws attention of this Court to the other prayer made by the petitioner whereby the petitioner is seeking a direction to the respondent authorities to decide the representation made by the petitioner on 2.1.2025. 2. Considering the aforesaid innocuous prayer made by the petitioner, the respondent authorities and, more particularly respondent No.2 is directed to decide the representation made by the petitioner on 2.1.2025 in accordance with law and to communicate a reasoned order on that representation to the petitioner as early as possible, preferably within a period of three months from today, as the petitioner has already resumed the duties on 4.12.2024 at the transferred place.
