The present application has been filed pleading willful disobedience of the order dated 01.02.2024 passed by this Court in Writ - C No. 1958 of 2024. Shri Tejasvi Mishra, counsel for the opposite party has filed an affidavit disclosing that the road has not been constructed on the land of the applicant and the plot no. 1304 M has been demarcated by the revenue team after which, the applicant has started constructing boundary wall on his plot. In view of the aforesaid, no further orders are required to be passed in the present contempt application. The application is disposed of and consigned to records. Notices issued to the opposite parties are discharged. In case the applicant has any grievance regarding the measurement of plot no. 1304 M or the authorities have encroached upon the plot of the applicant, the applicant may exercise other remedies available to him in law.
