The instant writ petition has been preferred for a direction to respondents to make the award and pay compensation at the market rate, for the land taken by the State Government from Gata No.395/area 0.1130 hectare in Village Palhari Tehsil and District Banda required for expansion of road. 3. Learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel submits that the dispute falls within the jurisdiction of the District Level Committee constituted by the Government Order dated 12.5.2016 and as such no interference is required by this Court in the instant matter at this stage. 4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, without expressing any opinion on merits of the issue involved, with the consent of parties herein, the writ petition stands disposed of with observation that in case the petitioners move a fresh representation ventilating his grievances before the authority concerned constituted under the Government Order dated 12.05.2016 within two weeks, the same shall be considered and decided in accordance with law expeditiously, preferably within two months, thereafter.
