By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution the complainant has come up before the Court for expeditious disposal of the pending enquiry against respondent No. 5 who is member of service of the respondent establishment. 2. Learned Standing Counsel raised a preliminary objection regarding maintainability of this petition at the instance of complainant who is not a member of service of respondent establishment. 3. In view of the above, I decline to grant indulgence in the matter as the petitioner cannot have any stake being not a member of the respondent establishment, in as much as no public interest litigation in entertainable in service matter. 4.
