In pith and substance, the petitioners have preferred the present writ petition with the prayer to command the respondent no.1 to consider and pass appropriate order on the Revision dated 12.03.2025 filed by the petitioners for providing/issuing the No Objection Certificate for installing/establishing the Bio CBG Plant in respect of their land, expeditiously within stipulated period. 3. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and having perused the records, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, the writ petition is disposed of with the observation, in case such proceedings are pending, the same may be dealt with and decided by the Competent Authority, strictly by means of a reasoned and speaking order within a period of two months, after hearing the parties.
