Through the instant writ petition, prayer is made for quashing the checking report dated 20.03.2018 (Annexure P-12), memo dated 05.04.2018 (Annexure P-14), demand letter dated 21.06.2018 (Annexure P-23), and, order dated 17.09.2018 (Annexure P-28). 2. The impugned order dated 17.09.2018 (Annexure P-28), whereby, the objections filed by the petitioner have been rejected, is an order appealable under Section 127 of the Electricity Act, 2003. Therefore, the petitioner is relegated to the authority concerned for redressal of its grievance. 3. The instant writ petition was filed way back in the year 2018.
