2. The present application has been filed on behalf of the petitioner seeking cancellation of the anticipatory bail granted to O.P. No. 2 vide order dated 20.11.2024 passed by the Co-ordinate Bench of this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 35474 of
2024.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is the wife of O.P. No. 2, who till date, had not executed the gift deed with respect to two kathas of land in favour of petitioner as directed earlier by the Co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide Cr. Misc. No. 35474 of 2024.

4. Perused the records.
5. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case and the materials available on record, this application is
disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to file an appropriate application in the concerned Court below with regard to the non-execution of the gift deed with respect to two kathas of land in her favour and if such an application is filed, the concerned Court shall consider and dispose of the same on its own merits, in accordance with law, preferably within a period of fifteen days from the date of filing of such application.
6. It is further directed that if, upon consideration, the learned Court below finds that O.P. No. 2 is not executing the gift deed with respect to two kathas of land in favour of the petitioner as directed, the learned Court below shall cancel the bail bonds of the O.P. No. 2.
7. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the rival claims of the parties and all issues are left open for consideration by the learned Court below in accordance with law.
8. Let a copy of this order be communicated to the learned Principal District & Sessions Judge, West Champaran
