ORAL ORDER: Heard Sri B.V. Durga Prasad, learned Counsel appearing on behalf of Smt. S. Parineeta, learned Counsel for the Writ Petitioners and Sri K. Arjun Chowdhary, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the Respondent Nos.1 to 4.
Learned Counsel for the Writ Petitioners has drawn the attention of this Court to the fact that the Writ Petitioners have filed an Appeal in the month of June, 2022 (Ex.P.2). numbered as ROC.F/281/2022. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of this case, this Court deems it appropriate to dispose of this Writ Petition, at the admission stage, without going into the merit, directing the Revenue Divisional Officer, Palamaner (Respondent No.3) to consider the Appeal and dispose of the same in accordance with law by passing a Speaking Order within a period of 12 weeks from today and convey a copy of such Order to the Writ Petitioners forthwith.
