Hon'ble Madan Pal Singh,J. From the order dated 18.07.2024, we gather that the petitioner was required to deposit Rs. 10,000/- and thereafter the process of mediation was to commence. The petitioner has not deposited Rs. 10,000/- as was directed to be deposited by this Court. Further we find that by the order dated 18.07.2024, it was provided that if the order 18.07.2024 was not complied with, the petition shall stands automatically dismissed without reference to the Court. Under such circumstances, the writ petition is accordingly, dismissed. This order was passed in the presence of Surya Prakash Yadav, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners.
