Sri Digvijay Singh, learned counsel for the applicant on instructions submits that though the application under Section 528 of BNSS has been preferred by the applicant for quashing the entire proceeding of Complaint Case No.44 of 2023, Swati Singh Versus Manish Kumar and others, under Sections 498A, I.P.C. & 3/4 Dowry Prohibition Act, Police Station Mohammadabad, District Farrukhabad as well as summoning order dated 20.10.2023 passed by learned Judicial Magistrate (Jr.Div) Fast Track Court No.01, Farrukhabad, however, he confines his relief for expeditious disposal. 2. Sri Bhuwal Vishwakarma, learned A.G.A. has no objection to the same. 3. Considering the submissions raised at the Bar and the statements so sought to be made by them, the application stands disposed of directing the court below to decide the aforesaid proceedings with most expedition without granting unnecessary adjournment strictly in accordance with the law of the land, subject to legal impediment.
