No. 2960/2024, in which, charge sheet was already filed on 30.11.2024 against them and the case is presently pending before the Court of learned Special Judge (POCSO), Nagaon in Special (POCSO) Case No. 179/2024 in trial stage. 4) Prayer is allowed. 5) This bail application stands dismissed on withdrawal. 6) Liberty as prayed for, so granted.
