Hon'ble Ajit Kumar,J. 1. Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned Standing Counsel. 2. By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution petitioner has assailed the order of transfer dated 15.06.2025 chiefly on medical ground as his mother is suffering from Cancer for the last five years and is undergoing treatment at Gorakhpur. It is next contended that when the internal audit and account department had itself issued circular dated 31.05.2025 laying down the criteria for allotting marks for the purposes of selecting candidate for transfer from one place to another the same ought to have been followed but no such exercise was done. 3. Learned Standing Counsel submits that petitioner has already stood relieved pursuant to the transfer order and therefore he should join at the transferred place however, she is not averse to the representation of the petitioner directed to be decided in accordance with law. 4. In view of the above this petition is disposed of with direction to the petitioner to first move representation against the transfer order within a period of two weeks from today and if he does so the same shall be considered and disposed of by the concerned respondent, in accordance with law within a further period of four weeks.
