This writ petition is filed under Articles 226 & 227 of the Constitution of India, challenging the order dated 18.08.2022 passed by the second respondent vide Annexure-L, imposing penalty against the petitioner. 2.The petitioner also filed an appeal before the appellate authority challenging the imposition of penalty by the disciplinary authority, vide Annexure-M dated
15.09.2022.
3. The learned counsel appearing for the first respondent submits that, the appeal filed by the petitioner is not available in the file of the respondents.
4. In view of the above, the petitioner is permitted to file one more memorandum of appeal, within two weeks

from today. If such an appeal is filed, the first respondent is
directed to consider the same, in accordance with law, without insisting for limitation, as expeditiously as possible, not later than three months from the date of receipt of a copy of the appeal. At this stage, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner retired from the service and PF amount has not been released. If that would be case, liberty is reserved to the petitioner to make a representation to the competent authority. With the above observations, the writ petition stands
