The matter pertains to the service dispute between the petitioner and the Sher-i-Kashmir Institute of Medical Sciences, Soura and, therefore, amenable to the jurisdiction of Central Administrative Tribunal (CAT) Srinagar Bench. 3. In view of Notification No. G.S. R. 471 (E) dated 2nd August 2024, issued by Ministry of Personnel, Public Grievances and Pensions (Department of Personnel and Training) New Delhi, the jurisdiction to decide the cases regarding service disputes of the employees of SKIMS, SKUAST Kashmir/Jammu, Universities of Kashmir/Jammu, Cluster Universities of Srinagar/Jammu, Baba Ghulam Shah Badshah University, Shri Mata Vaishno Devi University, and Islamic University of Science and Technology in Union Territory of J&K, has been conferred upon the Central Administrative Tribunal (CAT), Jammu/Srinagar Bench. 4.
