Ms. Arushi Batra, learned counsel for the petitioner. 2. Petitioner filed a suit for permanent injunction in the court of Civil Judge (J.D.), Kotdwar, District Pauri Garhwal, which is numbered as Original Suit No. 76 of 2024. Petitioner also filed an application seeking temporary injunction in the said suit, which is pending consideration. 3. Since, between 01.06.2025 to 30.06.2025, Civil Courts at Kotdwar remain closed on account of summer vacation, therefore, petitioner moved an application under Rule 13 of General Rules (Civil) for considering his temporary injunction application, but the said application was rejected by learned trial court. Thus, feeling aggrieved, petitioner has approached this Court. 4. This Court is not inclined to interfere with the order impugned in this writ petition, as the view taken by learned trial court, cannot be faulted. Thus, there is no scope for interference. 5. The writ petition, however, is disposed of with a request to the trial court to consider temporary injunction application of the petitioner, immediately after reopening of the court.
