Applicant Kunwarpal Alias Bablu who is first informant has approached this Court by means of present application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. with the following prayer: "It is, therefore, most respectfully prayed that this Hon'ble Court may graciously be pleased to direct the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Court No.5, District Bulandshahr to decide Sessions Trial No.1715 of 2023 (State v. Sachin and others) arising out of Case Crime No.680 of 2022, under Sections 323/34, 302/34, 307/34, 201 IPC and Section 4/25 of the Arms Act, Police Station Jahangirabad, District Bulandshahr, present pending before him expeditiously within a shortest time as stipulated by this Hon'ble Court. And/or pass such other and further order(s) in favour of applicant, which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the present case." 4. After some arguments, the learned counsel for applicant fairly submits that in view of the inherent mistakes in present application which cannot be cured by filing a supplementary affidavit or an amendment application, therefore, this application be dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file fresh giving better particulars and details. 5. Prayed made by learned counsel for applicant is not opposed by learned AGA. 6. In view of the above, this application is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid. 7. Certified copies of the document appended with this application shall be returned to learned counsel for applicant after obtaining photocopies of the same to be kept on record.
