This application for grant of regular bail arises out of Brahampur P.S. Case No.26 of 2025 registered for the offence punishable under sections 126(2), 115(2), 351(2), 109(1) and 3(5) of the B.N.S., 2023. 3. The petitioner is said to have assaulted the victim with sharp weapon. He is in custody since 30.07.2025. 4. The injury report indicates that the injury has been caused by hard and blunt object. 5. Considering the aforesaid facts, this application is allowed. 6. Let the petitioner, above named, be released Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.63513 of 2025(2) dt.17-09-2025 2/2 on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Buxar / concerned Court below, in connection with Brahampur P.S.
