Heard learned counsel for the parties. 3. By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, petitioners wants a direction to the respondent no.3, namely, Public Service Commission to produce copy of the main examination held for the post of Staff Nurse (Female) pursuant to the advertisement dated 21.08.2023. 4. It is contended by learned counsel for the petitioners that the petitioners have participated in the examination and wants to see their answer copy. 5. Sri Nishith Yadav, learned counsel for the respondents submits that as per instructions if the petitioners applies under Right to Information Act, 2005, they can be shown the answer key for perusal purposes. 6. In view of the above, this petition stands disposed of with direction to the petitioners to apply individually for their individual answer copy in relation to the said examination under Right to Information Act, 2005 within the period of four weeks from today, the Commission shall do needful in the matter by showing their answer copy within a further period of two months.
