In view of the aforesaid development, the present application seeking condonation of delay for the purpose of preferring a Civil Revision Application against the order rejecting the applicant’s plea under Order VII Rule 11 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908, in the very proceedings, no longer survives. The application is, accordingly, dismissed without entering into or in any manner touching the merits of the case. In the wake of the above conclusion, this Court finds no justification whatsoever to direct registration of the proposed Civil Revision Application. (J. C.
