Mr. Dinesh Gahatori, learned counsel for the petitioner. 2. Mr. Sachin Mohan Singh Mehta, learned Brief Holder for the State. 3. By the instant writ petition the petitioner is praying for the following relief: (i) Issue a writ in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents to release the salary of the petitioner due against the maternity leave i.e. for the period 11.04.2023 to 05.10.2023 with interest. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the issue as raised in this writ petition is squarely covered by the judgment passed by the Coordinate Bench dated 29.02.2024 passed in WPSS No. 371 of 2023. 5. Learned State counsel have not raised objection on the basis of the written instructions of the Chief Education Officer, Almora. 6. In view of the submissions advanced by the learned counsel for the parties, the writ petition is disposed of in terms of the judgment rendered by the Coordinate Bench dated 29.02.2024 passed in WPSS No. 371 of 2023.
