Present Petition is filed by the wife under Section 24 of the Code of Civil Procedure against her husband with the following prayer: "WHEREVFORE, the petitioner most humbly requests and prays to this Hon'ble Court to allow the above petition and may be pleased to pass Judgment and Decree - Granting transfer of the case bearing M.C.No.534/2024 pending before the Hon'ble II Additional Principal Family Court Judge, at Mysuru, to the Hon'ble IIIrd Addl. Facts in brief which are not utmost necessary for the disposal of the present petition are as under: 3.1 On account of strained matrimonial relationship, respondent/husband has filed a petition for divorce before the Principal Judge, Family Court, Mysuru in MC No.534/2024. 3.2 Wife has filed a petition for maintenance before the Court at Bangalore and therefore now seeking the transfer of the divorce case from Mysuru to Bangalore on account of geographical distance and financial incapacity. 4. Counsel for respondent opposes the transfer grounds. 5. Having heard the parties, this Court perused the material on record. 6. It is to be noted that geographical distance and financial incapacity are no longer valid parameters for - 4 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:51531 CP No. 206 of 2025 transfer of pending case from one Court to another Court, in view of video conferencing facility. 7. If the petitioner/wife files an application before the Court at Mysuru, to effectively participate in the pending matrimonial case through video conferencing, learned Judge at Family Court, Mysuru shall permit her to do so. 8.
