During the pendency of this writ petition, learned counsel for the respondent No.2 filed a memo dated 18.11.2025 stating that an endorsement dated 28.08.2009 was issued by the respondent No.2 to the petitioner rejecting his - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:52756 WP No. 57852 of 2018 representation dated 24.08.2009 and that the said endorsement was challenged by the petitioner in W.P. No.2767/2010, which was dismissed for non-prosecution in terms of the order dated 07.07.2010 passed by a coordinate Bench of this Court. Therefore, this petition has become infructuous as the aforementioned representation of the petitioner is considered and an endorsement dated 28.08.2009 is issued by the respondent No.2.
