Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the record. 3. This petition has been filed for following relief: "(i) Issue an order or direction to direct Principal Judge, Family Court Agra to decide the execution case no. Ex.24 of 2023 (Smt. Sangeeta @ Pratibha Vs. Yogesh Kumar) pending in the Court of Principal Judge, Family Court Agra arising out of Original Case No. 110 of 2014 (Yogesh Kumar Vs. Smt. Sangeeta @ Pratibha) within a stipulated period to the fixed by this Hon'ble Court. (ii) Issue any other suitable order or direction in which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper under the facts and circumstances of the case. (iii) Award the cost of the petition of the petitioner." 4. Contention of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that the execution case is pending since 2023. It is further submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that several dates have been fixed but the same has not been decided yet. He prayed that the same may be decided expeditiously. 5. No useful purpose would be served in keeping this petition pending. 6. Accordingly, the present petition stands disposed of finally with a direction to the Principal Judge, Family Court Agra to consider and decide the aforesaid case, in accordance with law, expeditiously, preferably within a period of six months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order after ensuring service upon all the parties concerned and after giving opportunity of hearing to the parties concerned and without granting unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties provided that there is no other legal impediment.
