Learned counsel submits that the petitioners, who are working as were entitled to the claim in terms of decision of this Court in Anil Kumar and others vs. State of Punjab and others, CWP-22422-2010 decided on 16.05.2012 against which SLP also came to be dismissed, which was who filed CWP-24583-2015 titled as Mulkh Raj and others vs. State of Punjab and others, decided on 21.11.2024 batch of petitions has been disposed of and direction is terms thereof as also in CWP-3668 . In this regard, a legal notice dated 29.03.2025 , has been served, however, the same has yet not evoked any response. Upon doing so, after notice and hearing offered to them and if found entitled, grant the benefit forthwith. Needless to say, if the orders are adverse to their interest, the same shall contain reasons and the petitioners shall be free to seek legal redress thereupon.
