DOSHI Date : 07/11/2025 ORAL ORDER Learned advocate for the applicants referred to para 3 of the application in support of the relief to condone the delay of less than one year caused in preferring revision against rejection of the petition under Order 7 Rule 11 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908. She would further submit that the lawyer conducting the matter has not informed the applicants about passing of said order and therefore, the applicants were never aware of passing of the order and it causes delay in preferring revision challenging the order passed under Order 7 Rule 11 of the Code. Though notice is served to the other side, none appears. C/CA/1771/2025 ORDER DATED: 07/11/2025 The reasons stated in para 3 of the application are totally incomplete and hazy and are insu(icient to condone the delay. The applicants should be vigilant in conducting the matter. However, since the delay is of less than one year, taking pragmatic view, I permit the applicants to agitate their cause not on technical ground, but on the principles of substantial justice.
