Earlier petition bearing CRM-M-16818-2025, filed by the petitioner for grant of regular bail, came up for hearing on 02.04.2025. On that date, the same was allowed to be dismissed as not pressed. Now the present second petition has been filed by the petitioner with the same prayer just after 3 months. 3. This Court does not find any change in circumstances which would entitle the petitioner for grant of regular bail. Hence, the present petition is dismissed at this stage.
