JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 2 10-09-2025 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.63028 of 2025(2) dt.10-09-2025 2/3 State . 2. Petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 126(2)/115(2)/109/118(1)/352/351(2) and 3/5 BNS. 3 . As per F.I.R. on 05.07.2025 at about 6.00 O’ Clock, informant was doing worship , in the meantime , all the 14 F.I.R. named accused persons including this petitioner assaulted informant and her daughter-in -law due to which they sustained injuries. Injuries sustained by the injured are simple in nature . Case and counter case . Petitioners claim clean antecedent. 4. Learned counsel for the State oppose the bail petition . 5 . Considering the nature of injury , clean antecedent of these petitioners and other circumstances of the case , in the event of arrest or surrender within eight weeks from today, let the petitioners, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned JMFC, Dehri, (Rohtas) in connection with Majaulia P.S. Case No. 170 of 2025 , subject to the conditions laid down under section 482 ( 2 ) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita Patna High Court CR. MISC.
