Copy of the same also provided by the learned Standing Counsel to the counsel for the petitioner. 2. After going through the same, a prayer has been made by the counsel for the petitioner to dismiss the present writ petition as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the aforesaid order before appropriate forum in accordance with law. 3.
