This application u/s 528 BNSS has been filed seeking the following prayer :- "It is, therefore, most respectfully prayed that this Hon'ble Court may graciously be pleased to set aside N.B.W./ 82 & 83 CrPC order dated 09.06.2025 issued by A.C.J. (S.D.), New Court No.1, Moradabad and further be pleased to accept the fresh bail bond in Case No. 3173 of 2014 (State v. Raju @ Rajendra), arising out of Case Crime No. 125 of 1998, under Sections 381, 411 IPC, P.S.- Kotwali, District- Moradabad." 3. After arguing at some length, learned counsel for the applicant submits that the prayer as made above is not being pressed and applicant would appear before the trial court concerned and a direction may be made to the court concerned to decide the bail application of applicant expeditiously and till then, protection may be granted to him. 4. In view of the aforesaid, it is directed that in case applicant appears/ surrenders before the trial court concerned within a period of two weeks from today and applies for bail, his bail application shall be considered and decided expeditiously in accordance with settled law. 5.
