Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned Standing Counsel for the State-Opposite party. 2. Pursuant to the order of this Court dated 29.8.2025, Dr. Ganga Prasad Gupta, Additional Director, Medical and Health Services, U.P., Lucknow- opposite party is present before this Court and filed compliance affidavit, which is taken on record. On the basis of affidavit, he submitted that order of writ Court has been complied with. He further submitted that as opposite party was not having knowledge of the procedure for appearance before the Court, therefore, he has sent letter to Joint Registrar, High Court, Allahabad and he tendered unconditional apology for the same. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant could not dispute the fact so far as compliance is concerned, but submitted that opposite party gave him call through mobile no.8052644444 and threaten his client and use so many absurd words against the High Court and further he is ready to file personal affidavit to this effect before this Court. 4. At this stage, Dr. Ganga Prasad Gupta, Additional Director, Medical and Health Services, U.P., Lucknow-opposite party again tendered unconditional apology for the same and states before the Court that he shall never repeat such conduct in future. 5. Considering the totality of the facts and circumstances of the case coupled with the fact that order has been complied with, therefore, Court is not inclined to pass any order and apology offered is accepted, but the opposite Versus Counsel for Applicant(s) : Ravi Shekhar Sharma, Shivkumar Gupta Counsel for Opposite Party(s) : Smt. Shiv Kumari .....Applicant(s) Dr Ganga Prasad Gupta, Additional Director, Medical And Health Services .....Opposite Party(s) party is warned to remain careful in future and ensure that such misconduct shall not be repeated again. 6. In light of such facts, no further order is required to be passed. 7. Accordingly, file is consigned to record. 8. Personal appearance of Dr. Ganga Prasad Gupta, Additional Director, Medical and Health Services, U.P., Lucknow-opposite party is exempted.
