Gopiganj, District Sant Ravi Das Nagar, pending in the court of Judicial Magistrate, Court No. 2, Bhadohi at Gyanpur, whereby non bailable warrant has been issued against the applicants. After some arguments, learned counsel for the applicants does not want to press the present application. In view of above, the present application is dismissed as not pressed.
