This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for:
“…to issue a writ. order or direction more particularly one in the Writ of Mandamus to declare .he acts on the part of the respondents No. 5,7, 11 Et 12 in interfere petitioner's life, liberty and property by detain the petitioner and her family members in the West Police Station, Tirupati w.e.f 2.1.2020 to 11.1.2020 without registering any crime and asking the petitioner to satisfy their physical lust, and monitory amounts to erroneous, arbitrary, unconstitutional and violaitve of Article 14, Et 21 of the Cons .itution of India, and consequently direct the respondents 1 to 4 to held an enquiry against the respondents 11 Et 12 either by appointing separate wing/agency or otherwise the case may be entrust to CBCID in the interest of justice and to pass...…”
2. Heard Sri E.Anjana Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri V.Farook, Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that police are interfering in a civil matter and calling the petitioner to the police station frequently though no crime has been registered against the petitioner.
4. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home would submit that police are not interfering in the civil dispute between the petitioner and the unofficial respondents and the Court may pass appropriate orders.
5. Considering the submissions made, this writ petition is disposed of. However, the police are directed not to interfere in the civil dispute pending between the petitioner and the unofficial respondents since no crime has been registered against the petitioner. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. _________________________________________
