Counter affidavit filed on behalf of opposite party no.4 is taken on record. 2. Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned Standing Counsel for the Opposite party and Sri Deepak Singh, learned counsel for the opposite party no4. 3. Pursuant to the order of this Court dated 27.8.2025, learned Standing Counsel has produced the instruction dated 8.9.2025, which is taken on record. On the basis of instruction, he submitted that order of writ Court was passed on 16.7.2024 to maintain status quo whereas vide order 17.5.2024, respondent authorities had freed the possession of Gata, which are currently registered in the name of Gram Sabha in revenue records, therefore, there is no wilful disobedience of order of Writ Court and no contempt is made out. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant could not dispute the aforesaid facts. 5. I have considered the submissions of learned counsel for the parties and perused the record. In the present case, disputed questions of facts are involved, which cannot be verified in contempt proceeding, therefore, there is no wilful disobedience of the order of the writ Court. 6. The contempt application fails and is hereby dismissed. 7. Learned Standing Counsel is directed to provide the copy of instruction to learned counsel for the applicant during the course of day.
