State Public Service Tribunal to decide his Claim Petition No.1685 of 2024 within a stipulated period. 2. We are not aware of the pendency position of the cases in the Tribunal and, therefore, we are not inclined to issue any direction. Moreover, the order-sheet reveals that the Tribunal itself has allowed application of the petitioner for early hearing. Dates are being fixed for final hearing and the next date is 04.08.2025. 3.
