It is not disputed that the petitioner has not represented to the respondents, nor has she issued any demand notice regarding the claim. Therefore, the writ of mandamus cannot be issued. 4. The petition, accordingly, stands disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to issue notice of demand to the respondents regarding her claim.
