The present criminal appeal under Section 14-A(2) Scheduled Castes & Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act has been filed by the appellant against the impugned judgment and order dated 18.02.2025 passed by Special Judge SC/ST (P.A.) Act, Saharanpur in Case Crime No.0019 of 2025, under Sections 191(2), 191(3), 190, 109(1), 115(2), 352, 351 (3) BNS and Section 3(1)(da) (dha), 3(2)(va) SC/ST Act, Police Station Deoband, District Saharanpur. 3. At the outset, learned AGA vehemently opposed the prayer and has submitted that the instant appeal praying for grant of anticipatory bail to the appellant is not maintainable under the aforementioned sections, therefore, the same is liable to be dismissed. 4. I have heard learned counsel for the parties and gone through the impugned order. The impugned order passed by the court below is well in conformity in law and does not suffer from error of illegality, irregularity and warrant any interference by this Court. 5.
