Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel appearing for the intervenor strongly opposed for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. 3. Learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) appearing for the respondent Police submitted that the enquiry is pending in C.No.85 of 2025 against the petitioner. 4. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the respondent police is harassing the petitioner under the guise of enquiry. 5. Considering the facts and circumstances, the respondent police is directed to conduct enquiry and if any prima facie case is made out against Page No.2 of 4 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis Crl.O.P.No.19039 of 2025 the petitioner, register the F.I.R or close the petition enquiry within a period of two weeks from today. The parties are directed to cooperate with the enquiry. It is needless to say that the respondent police shall not take any coercive steps to secure the accused till the completion of enquiry on the complaint lodged by the de facto complainant. 6.
