Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that the allegation against the petitioners is that the petitioners in furtherance of the common intention with the co-accused persons, caused grievous injury by using deadly weapons and committed theft of silver bracelet. It is then submitted that the allegations against the petitioner are all false and those allegations are general and omnibus in nature.
