App. No.11 of 2024 connected with Mat.App. No.12 of 2024. Heard learned counsel appearing for both the parties. In terms of the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the parties, applicant is directed to deposit the permanent alimony amount of Rs.11,00,000/-(Rupees eleven lakhs only) as decided by this Court vide its order dated 22.04.2025 before the Registry within a period of 7(seven) days from today i.e., on or before 04.08.2025. On deposit of the same, the respondent-wife is at liberty to withdraw the same, unconditionally as per procedure. Accordingly, this present interlocutory application stands disposed of. B.
