The present application u/s 528 of BNSS of 2023 has been filed with prayer to quash the order dated 06.05.2025 passed by Judicial Magistrate, Baraut, District Baghpat in Complaint Case No. 54 of 2024 (Unnati Jain vs. Nishit Jain & others), whereby Non-Bailable Warrant has been issued against the applicants for violation of direction of a Division Bench of this Court passed in Matter under Article 227 No. 14640 of 2024 on 22.01.2025. After some arguments, learned counsel for the applicants does not want to press the present application. In view of above, the present application u/s 528 of BNSS of 2023 is dismissed as not pressed with liberty to file appropriate application/proceedings before the court of competent jurisdiction. Certified copies of the relevant documents be returned to learned counsel for the applicants after retaining a photocopy of the same.
