When the writ petition came up for consideration on 05.07.2023, this Court had directed the 3rd respondent to ensure that law and order is maintained in the petitioners locality from any threats being caused by the party respondents. 4. Heard; the learned counsel for the petitioners, the learned Government Pleader and the learned counsel appearing for the party respondents. 5. On a consideration of the facts and the materials on record, particularly that the interim order is in force since 05.07.2023, I am of the view that a quietus can be given to the writ petition, by permitting the petitioners to approach the 3rd respondent, in case if there is any threats from the part of the WP(C) No.18802 of 2023 4 2025:KER:27130 party respondents. If such complaint is filed, the 3rd respondent shall act upon the complaint, in accordance with law, without interfering in any civil dispute between the petitioners and the party respondents.
