Learned counsel for petitioners, after arguing for some time, fairly submits that this writ petition may be dismissed as withdrawn since challenge to appointment of Respondent-7 on compassionate ground, has some legal impediment as the resolution, if any, adopted against appointment has no legal basis since appointment has to be made admittedly by Respondent-5, which has been done in the present case. 3.
