The instant petition has been filed for following relief: "1. Issue a direction to the learned Court i.e. Civil Judge (Junior Division) Haveli Azamgarh to decide the Execution case no. 16 of 2019 Ramashanker Versus Ramashish pending before the Civil Judge (Junior Division), Haveli Azamgarh within the period stipulated by this Hon'ble Court." 3. Contention of learned counsel for the petitioners is that the execution application has been filed in the year 2019, he prayed that the same may be decided expeditiously. 4. No useful purpose would be served in keeping this petition pending. 5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, the present petition stands disposed of finally with a direction to Court of Civil Judge (Junior Division), Haveli Azamgarh to consider Versus Counsel for Petitioner(s) : Abhishek Rai Counsel for Respondent(s) : Jagarnath (Since Deceased) And Another .....Petitioner(s) Ramashish And 4 Others .....Respondent(s) and decide the Execution Case no. 16 of 2019, in accordance with law, expeditiously, preferably within a period of one year from the date of production of a certified copy of this order after giving opportunity of hearing to the parties concerned and without granting unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties provided that there is no other legal impediment.
