The Petitioners are seeking pre-arrest bail in connection with G.R. Case No.539 of 2025 pending in the Court of learned S.D.J.M., Khurda, arising out of Khurda Sadar P.S. Case No.165 of 2025 for commission of offences punishable under Sections 112(2)/ 3(5)/305(e)/329(3)/61(2) of BNS. 3. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer. 4. Taking into account the nature of allegations and the punishment prescribed, this Court directs that on surrendering within three weeks hence and moving for bail, the Petitioners shall be released on bail by the learned Court in seisin on such terms as deemed subject to verification of criminal antecedents. 5. If it comes to fore that the Petitioners have more than two criminal antecedents of similar nature, this order shall not be given effect to. 6.
