The petitioner is complainant and the respondent is accused. The petitioner filed a private complaint under Section 138 of Negotiable Instruments Act before the XXVI Metropolitan Magistrate, Egmore, Chennai, in STC No.310 of 2023 and the learned Magistrate after enquiry, dismissed the complaint vide order dated 22.04.2024. Challenging the said order, the complainant has filed the above appeal before this Court.
